Exterior cladding is the most effective investment for protecting your building from the weather, reducing energy consumption and giving the structure a new identity. In Bursa we deliver turnkey cladding systems suited to each building’s use and architectural language, both on new builds and facade renovation projects.
Exterior cladding materials we use
- Aluminium composite panels: lightweight, flat-surfaced and available in a wide range of colours — the most popular choice for commercial buildings.
- Solid aluminium and perforated metal panels: strong and formable, for shading and decorative facades.
- HPL (high-pressure laminate): wood and natural textures with impact and UV resistance.
- Ceramic and porcelain facades: scratch- and fade-resistant, low-maintenance surfaces.
- Aluminium louvres and brise-soleil: solar control for both aesthetics and indoor comfort.
Why a ventilated facade matters
We design most of our claddings as ventilated (rainscreen) facades. The air gap between the cladding and the insulation removes moisture, reduces solar heat gain in summer and keeps the insulation dry so it performs for years. This system offers a far more durable and fire-safe envelope than ETICS render systems.
Substructure: invisible but most important
The real determinant of cladding life is the substructure. We install aluminium or galvanised steel carriers with anchors suited to the building’s structure and sliding connections that allow for thermal expansion. Thermal isolator pads prevent thermal bridging.
Adding value through facade renovation
Renewing an old or worn facade directly increases a building’s market value and rental income. On occupied buildings we phase the work to minimise disruption to residents and staff.

Installation process
- 01
Condition survey
Facade measurement and assessment of render and structure.
- 02
Material and colour selection
Samples and renders finalise the design.
- 03
Substructure design
Anchors, carriers and insulation details are drawn.
- 04
Fabrication
Panels are cut to size, folded and perforated in the workshop.
- 05
Installation and handover
Substructure, insulation and cladding installed; joints and sealing completed for handover.

Frequently asked questions
What is a ventilated facade and what are its benefits?
In a ventilated facade, an air gap is left between the cladding and the insulation layer. Air movement in this cavity removes moisture, reduces heat gain in summer, prevents condensation and extends the life of the insulation. The result: lower energy consumption and a healthier building envelope.
