We design, fabricate and install building envelopes with engineering discipline.
Mercan Facade Cladding is a facade systems company based in Bursa, Turkey. In curtain wall, composite panel, exterior cladding and aluminium joinery projects, our own team carries out the entire process from survey to handover.
A building’s facade is both its identity and its protective skin. That is why we approach every project not only aesthetically but also in terms of structure, thermal performance, waterproofing and fire safety. We turn architectural designs into buildable details, fabricate under controlled workshop conditions and complete installation in full compliance with health and safety rules.
What we do
- Curtain wall systems: structural silicone, capped and semi-capped curtain walls, spider fittings and glass balustrades.
- Composite cladding: aluminium composite panels with A2 and B fire ratings.
- Exterior cladding: ventilated facades with metal, HPL, ceramic and louvre systems.
- Aluminium joinery: thermally broken windows, doors, sliding systems and shop fronts.
- Detailed design: structural calculations, anchor layouts, fabrication and installation drawings.
How we work
Every project begins with a free site survey. After measurement and condition analysis, we price the right system and material options item by item. The schedule is defined with the contract; shop drawings are submitted for your approval, fabrication and installation follow the programme, and progress is shared in weekly reports.
